Who’d have thought that one line* in the fine print is all it took to convince a client to sign on with me. So, here’s a little teaser of the things you should know before you work with me.

  • No matter what you need done, I will make sure I get into the digs of it. And if I can’t help you or do your project justice – I will tell you so, very nicely.
  • I know content and design must work together to deliver the best results.
  • Not everything needs to go back to the drawing board, so if your project doesn’t need it, then I won’t take you there. I’m your creative partner, I will never force things on you.
  • Super sincere and ridiculously reliable, I give consistent quality – start to finish.
  • You get a 3-page contract to sign. The language is as simple as this website.
  • 2 rounds of feedback are factored into the project price. Any more rounds would dilute the work and be billed extra.
  • I build in a 3-day buffer in the timeline, because you know – life. If you delay feedback (I give you plenty of time for it) and it pushes the project timeline, you will be informed that an additional fee is being added to the invoice.
  • All source files of the finalised work are handed over to you after the final payment. It’s your brand, you should own all of it.
  • Payments are done in 2-3 tranches, based on the project size.
  • 50% is always paid upfront before I begin work and is considered as project confirmation.
  • Any charges on your method of payment, is your responsibility.
  • *A super systematic and structured person, I instil the same rigour in my design and process. I respect my clients and their time, and accept nothing less in return.
