Whether you’re starting up a new business or have been in business for years, you might know you need a logo and colours. However, to make sure you have consistency, a visual presence that follows you everywhere, and the opportunity to put your branding out on different platforms – you also need graphics, guidelines, and fonts. And that’s what I’ll create for you in this brand essentials package.

You focus on running your business and I’ll take care of every visual asset of your brand, right down to the smallest detail, so that your brand remains effective and consistent everywhere it’s seen.

As part of the brand essentials package this is what I’m going to give you…

  • A visual brand audit – let’s see what you’ve already got, what’s working and what’s not. And what tricks we might be missing.
  • Logo – as standard in different formats and sizes to be used in multiple places across your branding.
  • Fonts – I’ll find you one (or two) that reflects your personality and communicates effectively with your audience. I give you free fonts, but if you’re looking for a special licenced one (at extra cost) I can source that for you too.
  • Colours – a whole palette of these that truly speak to your values and best represent your business. You’ll get the colour codes to use across digital and print.
  • Stationery – old school but effective designs of a business card and letterhead.
  • Social media graphics – to accurately showcase your brand across different social media channels. You’ll get cover/banner graphic, resized logos, and three post templates for 2 platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Brand guidelines – you and your team need to be able to use this beautiful new brand very easily. And that’s what a PDF brand guideline does. You’ll have simple instructions to follow when using your brand across a variety of media.
  • A handover call to talk you through the templates, guidelines, and design assets to make sure you (and your team) are comfortable and confident to start using your new brand right away!

The quicker you give me feedback, the quicker I will come back to you. So, it might even be less than 6 weeks. We communicate often and clearly to make sure I’m giving you exactly what you want at each stage and giving your business the branding it deserves.

website design & development

One of the biggest, and arguably best, places to showcase your branding is on your website. Sure, it needs to tell people who you are, what you do, and why you’re amazing. But it also needs to look the part, present you in a professional and engaging way, and be instantly recognisable to anyone who follows you.

It’s great to have a website that looks fantastic (I’ll give you that as standard), however, it’s even more important that it’s engaging, so your customers enjoy being on it, and that it’s easy to use.

That’s why I’ve put together this package where I’m going to take care of your entire website design and development.

  • A domain name* – if you don’t already have one
  • Server to host your website* – your website needs a permanent place to sit
  • Build on WordPress – a secure and flexible platform to design your site
  • Sitemap – a blueprint or structure to define the pages, the information on each page, and overall architecture of the website
  • 4-page website design – your homepage, services, about, and contact page
  • Responsive design – to ensure your website looks fabulous and works on every device your customer views it on
  • Development and testing – so that there are no nasty snags when people come and use it
  • Google analytics – to make sure you know who’s visiting your site, what they’re searching for, and a view of your overall website traffic
  • Integrations and plugins* – whatever is needed to make your site comprehensive
  • 2-week support after the launch

I take care of design and development, so even after launch it’s in good hands. I will be around for 2 weeks to give you support, if you need it.

In building a truly beautiful and functional website for you, I’ll be calling on my trusted partners for development (and copywriting* if you need it) to help me do the best job for you.
I give you complete control over your domain, hosting server, and WordPress – during and after the project. After all, it’s your website, and you should be able to access everything as and when you need. I never hold you hostage by making you rely on me for edits, unless you absolutely want me to support you with website maintenance and updates*.
*These will incur extra costs based on the service we choose that is best suited for you.

design on demand

Many clients truly like to have their design on demand for whenever a project crops up in their business. This can change from day to day and month to month. So it might be that one day I’m supporting you with a pitch deck, and the next, we’re creating a new landing page. It’s entirely up to you for what you need – I’m here to support you. Signing me up on a retainer package means that I become part of your team, and you have access to me on an ongoing basis.

I get to work alongside you, meaning you don’t have to spend endless amounts of time explaining different briefs and processes to me. I’ll be familiar with your systems and working style saving you the hassle of briefing, explaining, and onboarding every time a new project comes up. 

I only take on a few retainers each month so that I have enough time, attention, and care for all my wonderful clients. But as a retainer client, you get priority access to me (within reason).

By booking me to be a part of your team for a period of time, you’re getting everything done at a lower price than if you were to ring me up ad-hoc and get stuck into a new project.

Package price
A retainer with me is not based on a set number of hours a month. Creativity will take as long as it takes, and you need what you need. So, how long it takes is my problem, not yours. I will quote you for the outcomes you need (outcomes which will exceed your expectations), therefore I will not charge you by the hour. So, whether it’s $1000 or $5000 a month, I will build a package that suits you.

Typical project duration
Minimum retainer with me is a 3-month period, you can have me on longer if you like.
